My Story
Hi, I’m Steve Turner, and I know what it’s like trying to help your child succeed in school. I started Turners Maths and English to give families practical, reliable support outside the classroom. We specialise in small group and 1-to-1 online tutoring across Maths, English, Science, and French, focusing on real results for real kids.
With 15 years of comprehensive teaching experience, including seven transformative years spent working across China and education journeys through 35 countries worldwide, I’ve witnessed firsthand the innovative approaches and technologies reshaping classrooms around the globe. These international experiences have shown me both the immense potential of modern education and the gaps that still exist in traditional schools.
From classroom tech in Singapore to student-led learning in China, every country offered unique ideas and practical solutions for helping young people thrive.
